How to cook: Asparagus Soup



Equipment:
>Food processor/osterizer
Ingredients:

Fresh Asparagus about 250-350mL chopped diagonally at 1/4 inch.
Water 200mL
pinch of Salt
pinch of Sugar
pinch of White powdered pepper
250mL All purpose Cream
1tsp Dill
1tbsp garlic Powder

1. Boil 200mL water and add salt and sugar.
2. Add Asparagus and let boil for about 5 minutes until tender but not overly cooked.
3. Chill the Cooked asparagus for about 3 minutes and prepare your food processor/osterizer.
4. Pour the chilled asparagus and all the contents into the Osterizer.
5. Start Osterizing gradually then mix the All purpose cream then the 1 tbsp garlic powder then osterize again.
6. Now that your finished osterizing, reheat it.
7. Serve and Enjoy.
