How to cook: Your Favorite Pizza

You will need:

An oven/ roaster oven
Rolling pin
Big bowl
Damp cloth
sieve/sifter
grater

Ingredients:
*for the dough:
800ml of sifted All purpose flour
1/2tsp of salt
1/2tsp of sugar
pinch of yeast
300ml hotwater
15ml sesame oil

*toppings:
cheese
champignon mushrooms
5 eggplant cut 1/4 inches thin diagonally
3 fresh tomatoes cut crosswise
300ml tomato sauce
2 red bell pepper
4 cloves garlic minced
5.powdered pepper

1. in a 300ml hotwater mix the sugar and salt. stir.
2. add the yeast in the brine solution above.
3. wait for 10 minutes until yeast is fully dissolved and bubbles appear.
4. After 10 minutes, add the sifted all purpose flour and mix profusely.
5. Add additional flour or water if needed and then knead with your hands.
6. If dough is now soft and free from bulges, prepare the big bowl and grease its inside. Place the dough and cover it with a damp close. wait for 2 hours.

while waiting for the dough, prepare your toppings,
7. Heat the pan and use sesame oil
8. saute garlic then add the red bell pepper cut thinly lengthwise, add mushrooms, a tablespoon sugar and pinch of salt and pepper. Add the tomato sauce afterwards.

8. After 2 hours, test the dough if its now bouncy then knead it using the rolling pin. flatten it at 1/4 inches thin.
9. grease the pan and mold the dough on it then make dots on it using your fork.
10. Preheat you oven while you will be preparing the pizza.
11.Spread sesame oil on top then your sauce all over the dough then grate the cheese on top.
12..Arrange you eggplant and tomato.
13. Pizza is now ready to be in the roaster oven and set for five minutes.
*for roaster ovens,since the oven is small you can divide the dough into 4 and be able to make 4 pizzas and baking after another*
*serves 10*
